2012 M-Class’ Safety Specs Are Unmatched
Wednesday, July 20th, 2011Mercedes-Benz of San Antonio is excited to present the new M-Class to the San Antonio area.
The newly reconfigured 2012 Mercedes-Benz M class won't be the only Mercedes model getting all of the advertising dollars, but you can bet that it will be front and center flaunting all the new safety measures that it has. The 2012 M-Class is a part. The 2012 M-class is the third generation crossover which has been a powerhouse since its creation. The new model will be released in the United States in September of this year, so those of you looking for a crossover in San Antonio, and surrounding areas mark your calendars to make a stop on down to Mercedes-Benz of San Antonio. The new 2012 model has new standard features that make other crossover’s limited edition features fall far short of the new M-Class. Some of the new additions are a system that detects human drowsiness which is called Attention Assist. If this elaborate buffet of standard features is not enough some high tech options include a blind-spot monitoring and lane-departure assist to name one. When buying a Mercedes-Benz vehicle you are buying a top of the line vehicle, and with that should come top of the line features!
One safety feature that is getting quite a bit of hype, an option for the M-Class, is Distronic Plus with Pre-Safe braking. A top executive at Google nearly got into an accident recently and thanks to Distronic Plus, which is a system that detects possible collisions and applies the brakes, he was able to tell the story unscathed after his S-Class sedan came to a halt.
It is believed that you can expect seeing the M-Class being heavily advertised in the M-Class’ release month September up through Christmas. The first two models of the third-generation M-Class will be the ML350 4Matic, which features a 3.5-liter V-6 direct injection engine, and the ML350 Bluetec 4Matic diesel, with a 3.0-liter six. 2012 M-Class V-8 models will be released next year.
